SG Coatings is a local painting service based with both male and female painters on the Mornington Peninsula. They offer interior and exterior painting services to residential homes, as well as a commercial painting service for businesses. The goal was to increase revenue so the owner could grow a team.
When working with a new client, we tailor our marketing plans and strategies individually to ensure that they’re suitable for their needs. For this reason, we made a 12 month plan to split the budget over different marketing services to ensure the best ROI was achieved. This included:
2 years on, SG Coatings now has a team of 8 staff, are receiving 30 high quality leads on average per week, and are now recognised on the Mornington Peninsula. We are so proud of Sophie and her team and are enjoying evolving with this amazing business.
Master Pools are an award-winning fibreglass pools builder based South East Melbourne.
They are well known for creating stunning pools of all shapes and sizes, ranging from small plunge pools to large family-sized pools. Their goal was to increase their number of leads and the average sale value.

Master Pools is now enjoying a 12% increase in average sales value, a 245% increase in enquiries, and for every $1 they invest, they get back $289. They have recently been awarded with Best Display Centre in Melbourne and have been featured on Australia’s Best Pools. They are consistently booked out at least 6 months in advance.

Once I have handed it over to Jess I don’t think about it. She answers all of our social media enquiries so I don’t have to worry, lets us know if there is an industry event or opportunity so we never miss out, and will take care of any website updates, last minute photoshoots or printing as soon as it is required.
